A day carefully crafted with intention and love. The brides traditional Lehenga was handmade in India and designed by the bride herself, countless hours going back and forth with the seamstress to ensure it was the dress of her dreams.
The ceremony was a beautiful mix of traditions. They performed Jai Mala; an exchange of flower garlands to symbolize the acceptance and union of two souls. As a surprise, the groom gifted her with the Indian equivalent of wedding bands called a Thali chain, which is meant to be worn close to the heart.
